AI help, step by step
No pressure. Start with a free chat, then get a plain, friendly plan for using AI safely, at a fixed price.
The AI starting plan
Your plan is a short guide, written for your business in plain words. It has four parts:
- Safe rules
- A short AI policy for your team: what is OK to put into AI tools, who says yes to a new tool, and what a person should double-check before anything goes out.
- The right tools
- Which AI tools fit the way you work, which plan to buy, and which privacy settings to turn on.
- Your top three tasks
- The three tasks that take the most time, and which ones AI or a simple automation can help with. I’ll also tell you honestly which ones it can’t.
- Team training
- One friendly session, live by video or recorded, on the rules and on good, safe habits.
After that, it’s your call. Take the plan and run with it, or I’m happy to build one fix for you.
Start here
The first chat is free.
Just answer five easy questions by email. Then we’ll have a relaxed 30-minute call.
Prices
Every price is fixed and agreed before work starts. No surprises, and no hourly meter running.
| Price | From $995. The price depends on how much there is to do, not how many people you have. You get a fixed price after the free chat. |

| For up to 10 people | $1,500 |
|---|---|
| For up to 25 people | $2,500 |
| Price | From $1,500. The exact price is in your plan, agreed before I start. |

How I work
- It stays yours
- I build in your accounts, so everything stays yours. Your team logs in. I won’t ask for passwords or customer data I don’t need.
- Honest, not hype
- I won’t promise a number of hours or dollars saved. I’ll write down what you’ll get, and then I deliver it.
- After the build
- If something isn’t right, I’ll fix it during a time we agree on in your plan. Help after that is a separate job, and I’m glad to quote it.
- Not legal advice
- Your AI rules are a practical policy for your team. They are not legal advice. For legal questions, your lawyer is the right call.
Is this for you?
- You run a small or mid-size business. You’d like to start with AI, but you’re not sure where.
- Your team already uses AI, and you’d like clear, safe rules.
- You type the same thing twice every week, and you’re tired of it.
I’m in southern Minnesota. Video calls work great too, so distance is no problem.
One client at a time
I take one client at a time, so your plan gets my full attention.
